B2B Sales Representative – Nail & Beauty Tech Products (Bilingual / Nationwide Travel)

We are looking for an outgoing, proactive, and experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive market expansion and operations for cutting-edge nail equipment, including AI nail lamps and smart nail drill machines, across the U.S. market. The role focuses primarily on partnering with local B2B beauty distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. US B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and secure local beauty industry distributors, nail training academies, and related B2B partners.

2. Field Operations & Negotiations: Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and business negotiations; manage the entire sales and order fulfillment cycle.

3. Client Sales & Operations Support: Assist clients with retail store merchandising, product experience setups, sales guidance, and promotional event organization.

4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with local beauty industry partners.

5. Market Intelligence & Global Coordination: Report sales progress, market trends, and competitor insights back to global headquarters; collaborate with global teams using bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin) to align on supply chain and operational strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of successful client acquisition.

2. Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Bilingual proficiency (fluent in English and Mandarin) required to seamlessly coordinate with international headquarters and support diverse local market segments.

4. Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to accommodate frequent domestic travel across the United States.

5. Existing network or resources within the U.S. nail/beauty industry (including familiarity with the local Asian-American beauty market) is a plus.
