Client Services Specialist

Do you enjoy helping people, answering questions, and making the customer experience easier and more enjoyable?

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. This role is a great fit for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with clients.

You will receive training and ongoing support while learning our systems, services, and client processes.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Learn about client needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Research and present vacation options based on client requests
  • Assist with reservations and planning details
  • Answer questions and provide ongoing client support
  • Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
  • Maintain organized and accurate client information
  • Learn company tools, systems, and supplier resources
  • Build positive, long-term client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
