We're looking for an organized, reputed company, and relationship-driven professional to join reputed company Success Team as a Client Success Specialist while also supporting clients as a Virtual Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, solving problems, and creating a seamless experience for our clients. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll guide new client engagements from onboarding through ongoing success, serving as their primary point of contact. Like all Virtual Assistants at reputed company, hours are built over time as new client engagements are added. Client Success Specialists work toward a schedule of 20 hours per week while balancing both client and leadership responsibilities. This is a part-time W-2 position with opportunities for continued growth as our company expands.
