AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals to join our team as Remote Benefits Customer Service Representatives.

Since 1951, we've helped protect working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. In this fully remote position, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, and guide families through the enrollment process.

What You'll Do
  • Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.

  • Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom.

  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process.

  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

  • Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

  • Excellent customer service mindset.

  • Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and online technology.

  • Organized with effective time-management skills.

  • Self-motivated and dependable.

  • Professional, friendly, and relationship-focused.

  • Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance.
