A dedication to providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude is also essential.The Customer Support Associate will be the face of CVS Health to our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that we exceed our customers' expectations. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of knowledge of CVS Health services and products. Prioritize customer service tasks and remain organized while juggling multiple tasks. Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service. Continually strive to exceed customer expectations. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
