              About the Team

              You will lead a high‑performing, globally distributed customer support squad that serves careeraxis’s most demanding merchants and shoppers. Your team will be the frontline of our service excellence, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, efficient, and memorable. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics partners to translate customer insights into actionable improvements.

              Key Responsibilities

              • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15–20 customer service agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high engagement.
              • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans that align with careeraxis’s strategic objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
              • Analyze performance metrics (first‑contact resolution, average handling time, customer satisfaction scores) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
              • Implement and refine quality assurance programs, including call monitoring, feedback loops, and coaching sessions.
              • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and roll out new features, tools, and workflows that enhance the customer experience.
              • Act as the escalation point for complex or high‑impact customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
              • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, knowledge‑base enhancements, and workflow redesign.
              • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
              • Champion a customer‑centric mindset across the organization, ensuring that every decision reflects the best interests of our users.

              Essential Qualifications

              • 4+ years of progressive experience in customer service leadership, preferably within a large, global e‑commerce or technology environment.
              • Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high‑performing remote teams.
              • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
              • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
              • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) and CRM systems.
              • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
              • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for coaching and developing talent.
