GoHighLevel Expert: New Website Build, Kajabi Migration, Funnels & Email Automation - Contract to Hire

Other Jobs To Apply

We're Effective Fitness Training (EFT), a team of police officers, strength & conditioning coaches, defensive tactics experts and physical therapists working together to achieve one goal... making more effective police officers. Our mission is to create effective law enforcement officers and enhance their career by optimizing performance, limiting injuries, and reducing stress through education and science driven fitness.

Our setup is split across two platforms. We've run our high-ticket coaching on GoHighLevel for about a year, but it's never been fully optimized. Our website, membership and low-ticket offers are still on Kajabi. We want everything under one roof in GHL, built out properly. That means a new website, every offer live in GHL, and a full low-ticket to high-ticket ascension system, so every visitor has a clear path from a first purchase to our membership and coaching.

What you'll work on (about 12 weeks, fixed price with milestones)

1. New website on GHL: conversion-focused and mobile-first, with SEO basics and redirects from our old URLs. It has to look and feel like it belongs to the law enforcement and military community: clean, direct, tactical, no generic gym look. Built on staging, then launched on our root domain with zero downtime.

2. Kajabi to GHL migration: active, paying customers, plus memberships and course content.

3. Optimizing our existing GHL setup: audit and clean up what's running for high-ticket today (pipelines, automations, forms, calendars). We want all numbers viewable in one place instead of a bunch of spreadsheets.

4. Offers and store: all our offers set up in GHL (products, checkouts, order bumps, upsells). We may also add a Shopify store.

5. Copywriting: we'll give you an overview of each offer, our positioning and our voice. You write the website, funnel and email copy from there.

6. Email, automations and tracking: sequences, segmentation and automations for each funnel, plus Meta pixel/CAPI, GA4 and Hyros tracking.

7. Reporting dashboards in GHL: we're tired of living in spreadsheets. Build automations and dashboards that track our key numbers in one place: leads, booked calls, show rate, close rate, revenue, cash collected, and ad performance by funnel and offer. Pipeline stages and data should update automatically, not by hand.

What we're looking for

- Strong GoHighLevel experience, including full website builds and cleaning up existing accounts

- Kajabi (or similar platform) migration experience

- Low-ticket to high-ticket ascension funnels and SLO offers

- Direct-response copywriting: you can take a brief and turn it into copy that converts

- Paid ads strategy (Meta especially): you understand how the funnel and the ads work together (you don't need to run the ads; just have a deep understanding)

- Automations, email deliverability, and checkout/upsell setup

- Design that fits a law enforcement and military audience

- Bonus: Shopify + GHL integration; fitness, coaching or first responder brands

- Reporting and attribution: you've built GHL dashboards that replace manual spreadsheet tracking

About the mission

This isn't just another client build. Our members protect their communities, and their readiness affects their safety and their careers. We want someone who gets that and cares about building something that serves them. A military, law enforcement or first responder background, or a real connection to that world, is a big plus.

How we work

- One point of contact on our team for direction and approvals

- Slack for day-to-day communication, Google Drive for files

- A short weekly check-in or Loom update on progress

- We move fast and value people who flag problems early

Timing: We want the build underway in time for a New Year's sale in January.

Budget: $15,000 to $25,000 fixed, paid by milestone. Open to discussing it for the right fit.

Ongoing work: Strong performers may continue with ongoing support (ads strategy, copy, email, automations, funnel optimization).

To apply, tell us a bit about yourself and share some work you're proud of. Links to sites, funnels or results are great. We'd rather have a real conversation than a long proposal.

Start with "Stay Ready" so we know you read the whole post.
