Graphic Designer (Remote | Philippines)

Join a fast-growing global team and help shape how we look and communicate!

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to build and maintain the visual foundation of our growing company through brand guidelines, reusable design templates, and creative internal materials.

If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about turning brand identities into consistent, polished, and easy-to-use design systems, this role is your opportunity to own and shape the visual identity of a growing global team. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity where you’ll collaborate with international teammates and help create a consistent brand experience across the organization.

Role Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and design assets, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. From brand guidelines and presentation templates to social graphics, art cards, and internal materials, you'll create organized, reusable design resources that empower the team to produce high-quality, on-brand content efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency who enjoys building structured design systems rather than simply producing one-off visuals. Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines, covering logo usage, colors, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity.

· Document and standardize brand elements to ensure consistent application across company materials and communications.

· Design reusable templates and creative assets, including presentation decks, art cards, social media graphics, and other design formats.

· Create user-friendly templates that allow non-designers to edit and customize materials without compromising design quality or brand consistency.

· Organize and maintain design libraries, including final deliverables, source files, and creative assets with proper naming and version control.

· Produce internal design materials, such as presentations, one-pagers, training resources, and onboarding visuals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating ideas, creative briefs, and feedback into polished, on-brand designs.

· Manage multiple design requests and priorities, ensuring projects are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

· Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve design production efficiency.

· Review and refine AI-generated visuals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with established brand standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience, supported by a portfolio showcasing brand identity and template design work.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.

· Proven experience creating presentation templates using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

· Ability to develop and maintain consistent, reusable, and well-documented design systems.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent designs.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

· Experience using Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience developing brand guidelines or complete brand identity systems from scratch.

· Familiarity with AI-powered design and image generation tools, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Figma AI.

· Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing, using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.

· Previous experience working in a startup, creative agency, or media company.

· Understanding of basic design accessibility principles, including color contrast and readability.

Reporting Line and Working Pattern:

· Fully remote, Philippines-based position.

· Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team.

· Work independently while managing multiple design projects and internal requests.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

· Own and shape the company's visual identity by building its brand guidelines and design systems.

· Create reusable templates and creative resources that make a lasting impact across the organization.

· Collaborate with a global team and bring creative ideas to life across different projects and departments.

· Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance your design workflow.

· Enjoy full remote flexibility, creative ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside a fast-growing company.
