About Viktor

Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee.

The team is small. The scope is not.

The Short Version

You make Viktor the unmistakable brand of the AI-employee category. You own the brand system, the campaigns that get Viktor noticed, and the team that ships them. You report to our CMO.

The Hard Part

The category is forming right now and it is crowded, with big tech in it. You compete for attention against companies with far larger budgets, and the role and the structure around it will change regularly.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Own the brand system: visual identity, voice, narrative and the creative quality bar.

  • Run the campaigns that create noise and position Viktor the right way.

  • Tell the story that Viktor feels like a colleague: human, capable, direct.

  • Build and lead the in-house and agency team that ships brand work with you.

How You'll Know It's Working
  • The new identity is live on the site, the product and sales materials.

  • One big campaign has shipped and got real attention.

  • Brand rules for voice, look and quality bar are written down and used by the team.

  • There is a plan for the brand team: who is in-house and what stays with agencies.

Who You Are
  • You have taken a brand from early stage through scaling and can show what you built.

  • You have run campaigns that made noise in a crowded category.

  • You set the bar and still do the work yourself, and you have built a creative team from scratch.

  • You have positioned a brand against much larger players.

  • You are self-directed, communicate simply, and hold an opinion under push-back.

Probably Not a Fit If
  • You need a fixed role and structure.

  • You are too senior to do the work yourself.

  • Competing with big tech makes you uncomfortable.

Even Better If
  • You have worked for a challenger brand in B2C.

  • You are strong in video and motion, not only static design.

Why This Role Is Different
  • You own the brand of a product already used by tens of thousands of teams, in a category that is forming right now.

  • You get to build a new category and the leader in it.

  • Remote in Europe or on US Eastern time, with some travel to Warsaw.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.

Why Viktor

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.

This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.

That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.

Compensation

Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.

The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
