HubSpot Support & CRM Consultant — Part-Time / Fractional

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot consultant to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, reporting QA, and light optimization for our existing HubSpot environment.

We are not looking for a full HubSpot implementation, migration, or CRM rebuild. Our portal is established and actively used by our sales teams. We need a strong HubSpot practitioner who can help us maintain it, identify data and workflow issues, improve reporting accuracy, and make thoughtful changes when necessary.

What You'll Help With

- Troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, pipelines, Lead objects, Deals, and Contacts.

- Maintain data integrity, particularly around duplicate Leads/Deals, lifecycle stages, attribution, and reporting.

- Audit existing workflows when something appears inconsistent and determine the root cause before changing anything.

- Support HubSpot ↔ Google Ads conversion tracking and verify that downstream conversion signals are accurate and deduplicated.

- Build or modify reports, lists, dashboards, and workflows when needed.

- Help our office team understand the correct process for handling duplicates, lost deals, reassigned leads, reopened opportunities, and other edge cases.

- Document important workflows and changes so the system remains understandable internally.

- Be available for occasional questions or troubleshooting when our team finds something that doesn't look right.

What We Are Not Looking For

We do not need someone to come in and immediately redesign our CRM, rebuild all of our workflows, replace our existing structure, or sell us a major HubSpot implementation project.

We prefer a diagnose-first approach.

Our priority is stability and reporting accuracy, not unnecessary complexity.

IWho We're Looking For

You should have strong hands-on experience with:

- HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub

- HubSpot's newer Lead object

- Deal pipelines and lifecycle management

- Workflows and automation

- Lists and segmentation

- Custom properties

- HubSpot reporting and dashboards

- Duplicate-management strategy

- CRM data QA and troubleshooting

You should also be comfortable working with an involved internal team. We want someone collaborative who can work with a super fun team.

Engagement

This is a fractional/consulting relationship, not a full-time position.

We expect the role to involve a combination of ongoing maintenance, occasional troubleshooting, reporting/data audits, and small optimization projects as needed.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone we can treat as our HubSpot expert on call when something doesn't look right.
