Your enthusiasm for the industry, excellent communication skills, and commitment to delivering top-notch customer service will be key to your success.<br><br>This position is eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses and incentives and a pathway to full-time employment!<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations to help them find the right HVAC/R products and supplies for their needs.</li><li>Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all requested items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC/R product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.</li><li>Monitor and replenish floor stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager.</li><li>Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components.</li><li>Promote sales initiatives and special offers while identifying opportunities to upsell products when appropriate.</li><li>Provide warehouse operations support, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming merchandise.</li><li>Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.</li><li>Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized counter and warehouse environment.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the HVAC/R industry or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency with computerized sales and inventory management systems.</li><li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to access products and supplies.</li><li>May need to operate a forklift; prior forklift certification preferred.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>One (1) year of customer service experience.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Invitation to Apply<br><br></strong>Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we'd love to have you join our team.
