Delivery Lead</strong> to drive coordinated execution of strategic simplification and modernization priorities.</p><p>This is a delivery-focused leadership role responsible for turning strategy into an integrated execution plan across business, technology, Intellibus, and partner teams.</p><p>You will own the integrated roadmap, delivery governance, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility required to keep complex workstreams aligned and moving forward.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who can operate across business and technology teams, create delivery discipline in complex environments, and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Specifically Looking For:</strong></p><p>We are targeting experienced program and delivery leaders who have successfully coordinated complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams, workstreams, and partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience should include:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading integrated programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.</li><li>Translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.</li><li>Coordinating business, technology, and external partner teams.</li><li>Establishing effective program governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.</li><li>Managing dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive decisions.</li><li>Creating accountability and delivery discipline across teams.</li><li>Providing clear and consistent executive visibility into program progress.</li></ul><p>The ability to operate effectively in complex, high-ambiguity enterprise environments is critical to this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the integrated program roadmap and overall delivery plan.</li><li>Coordinate workstreams across business, technology, Intellibus, and partner teams.</li><li>Establish and maintain program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.</li><li>Establish governance, reporting, escalation, and executive communication mechanisms.</li><li>Drive accountability across teams and workstreams.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities into measurable execution and outcomes.</li><li>Identify delivery friction, blockers, and cross-team dependencies and drive resolution.</li><li>Maintain alignment across program stakeholders and ensure decisions are clearly communicated.</li><li>Provide consistent executive visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.</li><li>Continuously improve cross-team coordination and delivery discipline.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of program, delivery, technology, or transformation leadership experience.</li><li>Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.</li><li>Experience managing integrated roadmaps across multiple workstreams and teams.</li><li>Strong experience with program governance, milestone management, risk and dependency management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive accountability across business, technology, and partner organizations.</li><li>Experience translating strategic priorities into executable delivery plans.</li><li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve critical delivery risks and dependencies.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise delivery practices and program management disciplines.</li><li>Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and complex organizational environments.</li><li>Strong presentation,
