Award-winning, high-end custom residential design company has an opening for an Architectural 3D Modeler on a direct hire basis. Willing to consider candidates on a remote basis! Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!

Duties:

  • Using Rhino and Lumion, create detailed 3D models from sketches/drawings for custom, high-end homes
  • Support projects from early conception through final visualization
  • Create architectural renderings for presentations and client communication
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to shape materials, lighting, composition, and atmosphere
  • Participate in internal team meetings

Requirements:

  • Architecture degree or similar preferred (will consider Bachelors and Associates degrees)
  • 4-10 years of professional experience
  • Strong 3D modeling and rendering experience
  • Residential/custom homes modeling experience a plus
  • Experience with Rhino 3D and Lumion

Salary: $65-85K
