As a Remote Customer Service Representative for the Eagle County Regional Airport, you will be the frontline ambassador of arenaflex. You’ll blend the flexibility of remote work with the excitement of serving travelers in a bustling airport environment. Your interactions will shape the first and last impressions of our guests, ensuring they experience the highest level of service from booking to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Handle reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and support calls from customers, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests in person and over the phone, assess their rental needs, provide directions, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Vehicle Processing: Inspect vehicles upon return, process check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions, and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
  • Product Promotion: Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protection products; upsell upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Oversight: Report any vehicle issues or required maintenance to management promptly.
  • Cleaning & Presentation: Maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors through hand cleaning or operating washing equipment.
  • Administrative & Accounting Support: Perform research, billing support, accounts receivable tasks, key logs, report generation, and other miscellaneous duties.
  • Backup & Flexibility: Assist with any additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned, including late‑night shifts when needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol convictions on the driving record within the last five years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • At least six months of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum of twelve months of continuous employment at the most recent employer.
  • Experience handling late‑night or irregular hours is highly preferred.
