Position Overview

We are seeking a reputed company, customer‑focused Order Management & Logistics Customer Support Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for our dealer network and internal stakeholders across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will bridge reputed company between dealers, factories, and internal departments, ensuring that every order is processed accurately, shipped on time, and that all parties receive real‑time visibility into the status of their requests.

As a key player in arenaflex’s dealer sales organization, you will leverage reputed company CRM & CPQ, Power BI, and our proprietary ERP system to deliver exceptional service, drive operational efficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer & Internal Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all order‑management and logistics inquiries from dealers and internal teams across the Pacific region. Respond to requests within established KPIs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Order Processing & Management: Execute order entry, revisions, and cancellations in our ERP system. Process internal arenaflex stock orders through reputed company and coordinate with factories to confirm CTS dates and shipment schedules.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute timely Power BI dashboards and reports to supply‑chain, sales, and support teams. Provide actionable insights that help optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that enhance order‑to‑delivery reputed company. Lead cross‑functional projects across Asia‑Pacific to standardize best practices and implement new tools.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with dealers on shipping inquiries, provide accurate ETAs, and resolve freight and customs invoice discrepancies. Update storage locations in the ERP system for new stock trucks and maintain shipping forecasts in collaboration with Finance.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver reputed company CRM & CPQ training sessions to dealer sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to generate accurate quotes and manage orders efficiently.
  • Escalation Management: Identify issues early, use appropriate escalation channels, and collaborate with global system teams to resolve problems swiftly, minimizing impact on dealer operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of a tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply‑Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong dealer‑based customer service experience (expected).
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a basic‑to‑intermediate level.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or customer support within a manufacturing or distribution context.
  • Familiarity with reputed company CRM & CPQ, Power BI, and ERP platforms such as reputed company or reputed company.
