Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Overnight Chat Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of arenaflex’s customer experience during the night shift. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Live Chat Support: Provide prompt, accurate assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring every inquiry is addressed within the agreed response time.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Quickly identify root causes of problems, apply troubleshooting steps, and guide customers to effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Quality Assurance: Log every interaction in our CRM, tag relevant knowledge base articles, and flag any recurring issues for the product team.
