If so, our team can be just the fit for you!<br><br>Amazon is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join the Amazon Books team. In this full cycle sales role, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer's entire sales journey, including sales calls, product demonstrations, pricing and order placement for book-related products. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow new programs within the Amazon Books space. The position also maintains strong collaborative partnerships with Amazon Business Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Drive book program awareness to booksellers across the United States while prospecting new accounts</li><li> Provide ongoing account management to develop and grow existing customer relationships</li><li> Conduct business reviews and discovery with customers and prospects to align Amazon Books solutions with their needs.</li><li> Research and maintain current knowledge of the evolving competitive landscape and product offerings</li><li> Maintain accurate account information and sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and activity prioritization to achieve quarterly quota goals</li><li> Gather and report Voice of Customer feedback to influence product roadmap development</li><li> Partner with Amazon Business to represent the company at conferences throughout the year</li><li> Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal closure and business growth</li><li> Balance core account responsibilities while managing additional projects when necessary<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience</li><li> Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments</li><li> Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software</li><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li> Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business</li><li> Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal</li><li> Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
