In this role, you'll map business processes tied to application modernization efforts, helping teams understand how legacy and mainframe-class systems function before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Map and document business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
  • Apply systems engineering concepts to analyze complex technical and business workflows.
  • Support client-facing consulting engagements through structured process analysis.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to inform accurate process documentation.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in business process mapping.
  • Background in systems engineering.
  • Exposure to consulting or professional services delivery in project-based, client-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with application modernization, including re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
  • Experience with requirements gathering.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Mainframe or COBOL domain familiarity.
