Key Responsibilities

  • Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy, resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and product information.
  • Live Chat & Phone Support: Provide real‑time assistance on our reputed company store and other marketplaces, ensuring quick resolution of order status, shipping updates, and product queries.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with customers on platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Twitter, and reputed company; craft timely responses, manage community interactions, and flag escalations.
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing across all channels, coordinate with fulfillment partners, track shipments, and update order statuses in our CRM.
