Tropical Smoothie Cafe Melville, NY, is looking to hire Shift Leaders.

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME AVAILABLE (Full Time preferred!)

General Info:

In addition, the ability to take initiative, learn quickly, multi-task, follow all policies and procedures, and demonstrate a "team player" mentality are highly important qualities for those who should apply.

Responsibilities and skills required for the best shift leader candidates:

  • Oversee crew during scheduled shifts
  • Control the order flow and expediting of orders to guests
  • Ensure food safety by following standards of excellence
  • Maintain proper quality and quantities of prepped food items
  • Delegate tasks to staff as necessary
  • Provide excellent guest experiences
  • Leave the shift better than you started the shift
  • Ability to stand on your feet for entire shift
  • Ability to move up to 50lbs
  • Has integrity, kindness, patience, and a friendly attitude
