Are you a consultative B2B SaaS sales professional who enjoys owning the full revenue cycle? This is an opportunity to take the lead across new business, account growth, and renewals while working with customers in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) space.

Our valued partner is a global, remote-first SaaS organization helping construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing teams improve project coordination, reduce rework, and make better decisions through innovative collaboration technology.

What You’ll Own
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue across a defined book of business. Your focus will span three key areas:

  • Net New Business: Build relationships with prospective customers across the Southeast US, generate opportunities, and take qualified prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase adoption, users, projects, and cross-sell within existing customer accounts.
  • Renewals: Lead commercial renewal conversations across your Southeast US and LATAM portfolio, helping protect and grow recurring revenue.

You will manage named prospects and accounts, develop territory strategies, maintain accurate CRM data, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Industry Consulting.

Where You’ll Make an Impact
Territory & Book of Business Management

  • Own individual ARR performance across new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts across the Southeast US and LATAM.
  • Build and maintain a Territory Plan that prioritizes accounts and opportunities based on potential value.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide reliable pipeline and forecast visibility.

Account Growth & Renewals

  • Lead commercial renewal processes and ensure customers are prepared for renewal discussions.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct structured discovery, value discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closing conversations.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for LATAM renewal accounts, using Spanish language skills to build strong customer relationships where applicable.

Inbound & Outbound Sales

  • Manage qualified inbound opportunities from discovery through demonstration, follow-up, negotiation, and close.
  • Prospect within an assigned group of Southeast US accounts to generate new logo opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with decision makers, champions, and other key stakeholders.

Customer Engagement

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Industry Consulting on onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide structured customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

What We’re Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Proven success in a quota-carrying B2B software or SaaS sales role.
  • Experience owning net new, renewal, and expansion sales motions.
  • Experience managing named accounts and growing revenue within a defined territory or segment.
  • Experience selling into the AECO industry or related sectors.
  • Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Excellent discovery and qualification abilities, with a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value, manage objections, negotiate, and close.
  • Strong organization and discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
  • A customer-first, ethical approach to building long-term relationships.
  • Comfort working remotely within an international organization across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Willingness to spend meaningful time in the field, including customer offices, project sites, and industry events when needed.
  • Business-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
