Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to become the front‑line champion for our Data Power & Control Division. This is a 100% remote role that blends order processing, technical troubleshooting, and relationship management. You will be the trusted liaison between customers, sales teams, distribution partners, and manufacturing, ensuring every interaction drives satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive and process orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, and web portals. Verify pricing, availability, and delivery schedules while adhering to arenaflex’s established guidelines.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Investigate and resolve a wide range of customer questions, from product specifications to shipment status, using strong problem‑solving skills and product knowledge.
  • Expedite Deliveries: Track order progress, identify potential delays, and proactively communicate with logistics, sales, and manufacturing to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the communication bridge between customers, sales representatives, distribution partners, purchasing, and marketing to guarantee a seamless experience.
  • Process Improvement: Champion open communication and suggest innovative changes to enhance service levels, reduce processing time, and increase overall efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a customer‑facing role within a manufacturing or electrical environment. Experience with data‑center products is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per reputed company with 100% accuracy in a mainframe order‑entry system.
  • Software Skills: Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and meeting‑management tools. Experience with reputed company or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong time‑management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple high‑volume tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
