Appointment Setter / Customer Onboarding Rep — Warm Leads Only

Other Jobs To Apply

We’re an online dog training company looking for someone to take short Kickoff/Onboarding calls with new customers and book qualified customers for follow-up sales calls.

This is not cold calling or DM setting.

Every person you speak with has already purchased from us and booked the call.

The role is roughly 50% customer service, 50% appointment setting.

You’ll:

// Welcome and onboard new customers

// Help them access their purchases and answer basic questions

// Learn about them, their dog, their situation, and their goals

// Identify customers who would benefit from more personalized support

// Naturally transition qualified customers into a consultation with our sales team

// We want customers to leave the call feeling genuinely helped, whether or not they book another call.

Location: US or Canada only

Strong fit if you:

// Have appointment-setting, sales, or customer-success experience

// Are warm, personable, and naturally good at building rapport

// Can lead a conversation without sounding scripted or pushy

// Are reliable, organized, and coachable

// Are comfortable handling basic customer-service issues

Big bonus: You’ve worked in a B2C onboarding, implementation, customer-success, or similar sales motion where you provide real value on the first call and then transition qualified customers into a second sales conversation.

Being a genuine dog lover or dog owner is also a big plus.

To Apply:

Please answer the following in your proposal:

Briefly describe your relevant sales / appointment-setting experience.

Have you ever handled onboarding, implementation, customer-success, or similar calls that transitioned into a sales call? If so, describe the process.

What is your current availability and timezone?

Please include a 2–4 minute Loom video introducing yourself, explaining your relevant experience, and why you think you’d be a strong fit for this role.

Please don’t read from a script in the Loom. We want to get a feel for how you naturally communicate.

Applications without a Loom will not be considered.
