Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Ticket and Gate Operations Specialist to join our remote team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will serve as a frontline ambassador for Arenaflex, ensuring that every passenger’s experience—from check‑in to boarding—is smooth, safe, and unforgettable. Key Responsibilities

  • Gate Operations & Boarding Management: Execute the full registration cycle, including ticket verification, boarding pass issuance, and seat assignment. Coordinate with flight crews to confirm boarding groups, manage boarding queues, and make timely gate announcements to keep passengers informed and on schedule.
  • Security & Documentation Compliance: Verify that all passengers possess valid travel documents, visas, and health certificates. Collaborate with security teams to enforce airport regulations and ensure compliance with international aviation standards.
  • Handling Luggage & Special Items: Label, lift, and transport luggage from scales to loading lines, handling items that may weigh up to 70 pounds. Use proper lifting techniques to protect both passengers and cargo, and coordinate with baggage handlers to maintain efficient flow.
  • Passenger Assistance: Provide dedicated support to unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities, and those requiring additional assistance. Escort them through the airport, ensuring they reach their gates safely and comfortably.
