Inbound Phone Representative - Remote (No Cold Calling)

Other Jobs To Apply

American Training Institute (ATI) is a Texas trade school that helps adults get job-ready skills. Much of our students' tuition is covered through state workforce funding. We're hiring Inbound Phone Representatives to talk with people who are already interested in our programs.

THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING.

Every call you take is a live transfer from our screening agent, who confirms the lead is interested before sending them to you. Every single call is from an interested lead.

What you'll do:

- Answer live transferred calls throughout your shift

- Walk each lead through our offer and the next steps

- Clarify and answer their questions clearly and with confidence

- Get them to the next step and schedule their visit to one of our offices

- Log each call and its outcome in our system

Requirements:

- Fluent English with a clear, neutral American accent. Callers must understand you easily.

- Spanish is a plus, but not required

- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset

- Available and responsive for your whole shift. You must be ready to pick up calls at all times during your hours.

We will train you on everything: our programs, our offer, and our scheduling process.

Shifts (U.S. Central Time):

We're open to all hours and are hiring for three shifts. Tell us which one you want:

1) 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

2) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

3) 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How to apply:

- Apply here and tell us which shift you want (1, 2, or 3).

- Send us a short voice recording (1-2 minutes) introducing yourself as if you were answering one of our calls. Include a link to the recording (Google Drive, Dropbox, Vocaroo, etc.) in your application. Applicants who send a voice recording get priority.

- If you speak Spanish, include a short Spanish recording too.

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
