monday.com Sr. Lead Implementation Consultant – Marketing Ops/Content Supply Chain Builds

Other Jobs To Apply

The Role

As a monday.com Sr. Lead Implementation Consultant, you'll be the person an Enterprise sized Marketing Operations Department or a large independent Marketing Agency trusts to take a messy, manual process and turn it into a monday.com solution people genuinely want to use. You'll run discovery, design the build, configure the workflows and automations, and guide the client through training and adoption. This role also calls for knowing when AI agents genuinely add value to a client's workflow, and the skill to weave that intelligent automation directly into the implementation rather than treating it as an add-on.

This role suits a strategic thinker and communicator, someone who can step back from a client's "quick request" to solve the larger business problem underneath it, rather than simply plugging in a technology system.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand a client's people, processes, and information flow, not just their software wish list, and translate that into clear project scope.
  • Design, build, and configure monday.com workflows, boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations tailored to each client's real operating model.
  • Help clients adopt monday.com's native AI capabilities, and where relevant, custom AI agents built by our team.
  • Lead client training and onboarding to drive genuine, lasting adoption, not just a successful go-live day.
  • Document builds, workflows, and training materials clearly, for clients and teammates alike.
  • Manage your own project timelines and priorities, keeping deliverables on track and on budget.
  • Think strategically about solution design, delivery process, and consulting strategies that continually improve client success.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or a related client-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on monday.com experience lead consultant experience specifically working with Marketing Operations or Marketing Agency teams. You've built real workflows, automations, and integrations, not just configured a few boards. Monday.com certification is a plus.
  • Comfort working with APIs, with an interest in extending monday.com's native functionality; scripting experience (Python or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Confident, straightforward communication. You can walk a non-technical executive through a technical trade-off without losing them, and you'd rather be clear than clever.
  • A consulting mindset: you dig past the stated request to the real problem, are a strategic thinker who guides systematically, and present options instead of just executing a technology specification.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-moving, relatively unstructured environment.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for solving marketing operational problems and making other people's work lives more enjoyable.

Compensation

$80 to $90 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance. Opportunities for 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours/week.
