About the Client

Our Client is a fast-growing US-focused fintech and payments company delivering point-of-sale (POS) hardware solutions and payment-processing optimization to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. To support rapid merchant acquisition across US territories, our client is building a scalable recruiting engine to continuously identify, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent. Operating with an entrepreneurial, growth-focused culture, our client provides high operational ownership, structured training, direct executive access, and clear metric-driven goals.

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Recruitment Specialist to own the full lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination of commission-only Sales Representatives across the United States. Reporting directly to company executive leadership, this professional will build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline—combining active headhunting with funnel metric analysis—to consistently convert qualified sales candidates into active, productive hires.

Key Responsibilities

Active Sourcing & High-Volume Pipeline Generation

  • Continuously sources and headhunts commission-only Sales Representatives across target US markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and cold outbound sourcing channels.

  • Builds and maintains a robust candidate pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

  • Proactively engages passive sales professionals, clearly conveying role expectations, commission compensation structures, territory potential, and corporate value propositions.

Screening, Qualification & Candidate Experience

  • Conducts initial structured candidate screenings and comprehensive interviews in English.

  • Evaluates candidates for outbound sales capability, field prospecting experience, resilience, field-sales readiness, and alignment with a high-upside commission model.

  • Manages interview logistics, offer communications, pre-onboarding follow-up, and formal training handoffs to eliminate candidate drop-off and interview no-shows.

Funnel Metrics, ATS Management & Executive Collaboration

  • Tracks and analyzes complete recruiting funnel metrics, monitoring contact response rates, candidate advancement rates, training start rates, and early retention.

  • Identifies pipeline bottlenecks and recommends strategic adjustments to sourcing messaging, screening criteria, and onboarding handoffs.

  • Maintains accurate candidate records, interview dispositions, and sourcing activity within the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Collaborates directly with company leadership to refine target candidate profiles, sourcing channels, and regional hiring priorities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Sales Recruiting Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or recruiting experience, featuring a proven track record sourcing and hiring sales professionals.

  • Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Strong capability in outbound candidate sourcing and headhunting; position requires active candidate outreach rather than passive applicant review.

  • Commission Role Recruitment: Experience recruiting commission-based or performance-driven sales professionals and accurately communicating variable pay structures.

  • Advanced English Proficiency (C1): Near-native or advanced written and spoken English skills to independently conduct structured interviews with US-based candidates.

  • Metrics-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Comfort managing a high-volume pipeline according to recruitment KPIs, candidate tracking metrics, and funnel conversion rates.

  • Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work standard US Eastern business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).

  • Remote Workspace Infrastructure: Quiet, professional home workspace, high-performance computer setup, headset, and a stable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience recruiting US-based commission-only, outside sales, field sales, or B2B sales professionals.

  • Recruiting background within merchant services, fintech, payment processing, SaaS, telecommunications, insurance, or solar sales sectors.

  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Apollo, RecruiterFlow, or comparable sourcing platforms and ATS software.

Benefits

  • Competitive Base & Bonuses: Base salary of $1,200 – $1,400 USD/month (flexible based on experience and benchmarks) plus performance bonuses tied to recruiting KPIs, successful starts, and retention.

  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: 10 paid vacation days (PTO) per year plus applicable national holidays.

  • Structured Training & Mentorship: One week of structured formal onboarding followed by 30 days of direct coaching and executive exposure.

  • Seamless Payment Methods: Timely monthly payments processed via international bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer.

  • 100% Remote Infrastructure: Execute US sales talent acquisition operations remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
