In this role, you will: - Start building and pushing code in your first week and ship impactful features in your first few months. - Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across the tools customers use every day. - Develop end-to-end experiences for agent workflows, from triggers and context gathering to user interactions and completed actions. - Build and deepen connector capabilities—including reads, writes, authentication, administration, and observability—to support high-value customer workflows - Prototype new agent experiences, test them with users, and use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions. - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate real customer needs into scalable solutions. - Help establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices that accelerate the development of future agents. - Embrace a data-driven and experimentation-first culture.
